If job is more than 10 miles away an additional £20/hr is charged

Service (Management) Plan & Handyman Service
Proactive Care: Working Hours 8am – 6pm
Every Month 24 Hours split into weekly hours. Maybe 1 day or 2 half days per week.
Paid in advance on the 1st day of each month
24 Hours for £720 + 20% *tax = £864. Each additional hour £30 + *tax.
Tasks include proactive care of the property, testing taps, toilets,
smoke and carbon monoxide alarms lights, doors, windows, locks, changing matresses, install and removing beds, wardrobes, drawers, minor garden works, painting, plumbing, basic carpentry, minor electrics (part P registered)
1 point of contact for day to day maintenance or Tennants issues, include telephone help/ technical assistance and liaising with 3rd party colleagues/ manufacturers on behalf of Landlord or tennant.
* this can take a lot of small unnecessary calls, texts or emails away from landlord and Tennants issues often get resolved a lot quicker.
